erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
new York, known and designated as and by Lot 16 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Paradise

2. No sanitary disposal facility shall be installed or constructed within 100 feet of the edge
of the marsh or the edge of Southold Bay.
3. Erosion and sediment control measures shall be required during and immediately after
construction on each lot to insure that storm water runoff will not carry eroded and other
deleterious materials into Southold Bay and the wetlands within the parcel.
