Neyroud; thence along said other land of Gerard E. Neyroud north 64 degrees 50 minutes west 702.97 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Isla,hd Sound; thence along said ordinary highwater mark of Long Island South north 36 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds east 216.07 feet to land of Juell M. Bie; thence along said land ofJuell M. Bie sot~lh 64 degrees 50 minutes east 473.58 feet to a monument at the northwesterly line of a 20 foot right o,fway; thence across said 20 foot right of way and along other land ofJuell M.
