SCHEDULE A
DEED FROM GEORGE R. LATHAM, JR.
TO PRISCILLA LATHAM JAMI£SOF
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Orient,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the westerly line of a certain 25
foot right-of-way hereinafter described intersects the center of
the inlet leading from Pete Neck Creek to a certain salt pond;
running thence along said westerly line of said right-of-way, two
courses as follows: (1) South 14° 42' 20" East, 225.0 feet;
thence (2) South 44° 54' 20" East, 126.21 feet to a concrete
monument set at the northwesterly corner of land conveyed or
about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part to Mary
Louise L. Blank; thence along the westerly line of said land and
passing through a concrete monument set about 201 feet southerly
along said line, South 29° 26' 10" West, 260 feet, more or less,
to the ordinary high water mark of Orient Bay; thence
northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark 390 feet, more
or less, ; thence along the southeasterly line of other land of
the parties of the first part and passing through a concrete
monument set about 35 feet northeasterly along said line, North
331 29' 10" East, 220 feet, more or less, to the center of said
inlet leading from Pete Neck Creek; thence along the center of
said inlet southeasterly and then northeasterly about 200 feet to
the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part, of in and to the land under water in
Orient Bay lying contiguous to said premises.
Together with a right-of-way for ingress and egress across
the road owned by the party of the first part running through
"Little Woods" from the property herein above conveyed to King
Street.
Subject to a declaration of covenants and restrictions
affe,;ting the herein described property to be hereinafter made by
the party of the first part and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk, of eche County of Suffolk, State of New York.
This conveyance together with the conveyance made
December 18, 1937, by deed dated December 18, 1997, which was
recorded at the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
January 14, 1998, in Liber 11872 of conveyances at Page 902,
constitutes ownership of the property as follows:
GEORGE R. LATHAM, JR. , residing at Peters Neck, Orient,
New York 11957, as to a ten (10%) percent interest, and
PRISCILLA LATHAM JAMIESON, residing at 1188 Greenwood Circle,
Woodstock, Illinois 60098, as to a ninety (90%) percent
interest.
