THIS INDENTURE, made the 6 day of October, nineteen hundred and ninety-eight

party of the first part, and

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East Marion,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Rocky Point Road, 68 feet southerly from the
southwest comer of land of Frank Arnold said point of beginning being where the division line
of lands now or formerly of Nicholas and Helen Babalis (liber 9255 cp 134) and the premises
herein described intersects the easterly line of Rocky Point Road;
RUNNING THENCE easterly and along the last mentioned division line and in a general
easterly direction 210 feet more or less to land now or formerly of Michael Hartofilis (liber
11864 cp 738);
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land in a general southerly direction 60 feet to
land now or formerly of Anthony and Marian Poulos (liber 4164 cp 208); and
RUNNING THENCE in a general westerly direction and along said last mentioned land 210
feet more or less to the easterly line of Rocky Point Road; and
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Rocky Point Road 60 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
