We note the following: The existing 2 - 3 story building is wood frame, has all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems currently intact and functioning. Further, the existing framing members are structurally sound at the time of inspection and is built in accordance with the code at the time of construction. As such, this building in our opinion is safe for a habitable space at this time.
