Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being kpdn at Cutchogue, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete montmtent set on the northerly line of the Main Road
at the southeast corner of the premises herein described adjoining land now
or formerly of Julian Grahoski; running thence along the northerly line of
said Main Road S. 690 30' W. 100.12 feet to a concrete monument and land
now or formerly of Alice G. Grathwohl and Alan E. Grathuohl, running thence
N. 240 36' 20" W. 454.45 feet along said last mentioned lands to a pipe and
land now or formerly of DeForrest Horton; running thence N. 610 53' E.
69.50 feet along said last mentioned land to a concrete monument and land
now or formerly of Lois M. Sawastynowicz; running thence along said last
mentioned lands and lands now or formerly of Julian Grahoski, three courses
as follows: (1) S. 320 23' 20" E. 216.64 feet to a monument; thence (2)
S. 310 36' 50" E. 104.51 feet to a monument; thence (3) S. 200 07' 50" E.
148.04 feet to the concrete monument and point of BEGINNING.

109.00 Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
BLOCK rights of the party of thefirst part in andtosaid premises;ToHaveAndToHoldthe premises herein granted untothe
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second partforever.
02.00 And the party of the first part covenants that the party of thefirstpart has not done or suffered anything wherebythe
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
TAT And the panyof thefirst part,in compliancewith Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the partyof thefirst part
will receive the considerytiori this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
