County of Suffolk on December 2, 1930 as and by the Map No. 539.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Grantor by deed dated
September 24, 1976 recorded September 28, 1976 in Liber 8111 Page 546 and
subject to easements, covenants, agreements, restrictions, regulations, and
declarations of record, if any, of same.
TOGETItER with till right, title and interest, if auy. of the party of the first part. in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described prenrises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances aud all the
estate and rights of the party of thc first part in and ti) said premises; TO HAVE AND TO ItOLD the premises herein
grauled unto the party of the secoud part, the heb's sr successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

mien as a trust ruud to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
auy other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as il: it read "parties" whenever the sense sf this indenture so requires.

County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by the Lot Nos. 27 and 28 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation, Cutchogue, New York, Section 1" dated November 12, 1930
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 2, 1930 as and by the Map No. 539, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Hamilton Avenue where same is intersected by the division line
between Lots 28 and 29 as shown on the above described map;
RUNNING THENCE South 57 degrees 45 minutes West 150.00 feet;
THENCE North 32 degrees 15 minutes West 100.00 feet;
THENCE North 57 degrees 45 minutes East 150.00 feet to the southwesterly side of Hamilton Avenue;
THENCE South 32 degrees 15 minutes East along the southwesterly side of Hamilton Avenue 100.00 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
