Alfred Luce and Joseph M. Rose, said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by N. Alfred Luce and Joseph M. Rose to Edna Doll; from said point of beginning, running along said northerly line of"North View Drive", South 80 degrees, 00 minutes West, one hundred fifty (150)feet to an iron pipe; thence along other land now or formerly owned by N. Alfred Luce and Joseph Rose, and passing thru an iron pipe, North 24 degrees, 00 minutes West, three hundred forty (340)feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said high water mark, one hundred sixty-five (165)feet, more or less, to said land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, to Doll; thence along said land, South 20 degrees, 30 minutes East, three hundred thirty (330)feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
