HEATHER ATWATER, residing at 241 Summer Hill
Road, Madison, CT 06443, as equal Tenants in

party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the at Brown's Hills Estates, Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a thirty-three (33)foot private road known
as "North View Drive", six hundred eighty (680) feet westerly and then southwesterly and then
again westerly along said line from the easterly boundary line of land now or formerly owned by
N. Alfred Luce and Joseph M. Rose, said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of
land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by N. Alfred Luce and Joseph M. Rose to Edna Doll;
from said point of beginning, running along said northerly line of"North View Drive", South 80
degrees, 00 minutes West, one hundred fifty (150)feet to an iron pipe; thence along other land
now or formerly owned by N. Alfred Luce and Joseph Rose, and passing thru an iron pipe, North
24 degrees, 00 minutes West, three hundred forty (340)feet, more or less, to ordinary high water
mark of Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said high water mark, one hundred sixty-five
(165)feet, more or less, to said land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, to Doll; thence along
said land, South 20 degrees, 30 minutes East, three hundred thirty (330)feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated October 13, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4212,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
