Overton, surveyor", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 17, 1916 as Map No. 720, which said lots and part of said lot when taken together are bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of Home Pike (a 30 foot private road) at the division line between Lots 7 and 8 on said map; .' TOGETHER with a right of way over Home Pike Road, Slik'worth Road and a 30 foot Private Road to Westphalia Road. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same i~'~nises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Solange M. L. F~lzon, dated 8/23/99, and recorded 9/1/99, in the Ofl'~ce of the Suffolk County Clerk in Libel' 11986, Page 490. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if nny, of the pa~.y of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting thc above deseribod premises to thc center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenanees and all the estate and rights of the part~ of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the potty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second part forever. AND the po~y of the first puff covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the considerntion for this conveyance and will hold the Hght to receive such consideration u a trust ~nd to be applied first for th~ puq~ose ofpaying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to thc payment of the co~t of the improvement before using any part ofthe total of the same for any other purpose.
