Florida 33160 and PHYLLIS KATZ, residing at 40 Wood Road, Tenafly, New
Jersey 07670, as Successor Trustees of the Trust of the Last Will and
Testament of Henry A. Pollak established under Article V of said. Will,

WITNESSETH, that whereas successor ancillary letters testamentary were issued to
the p rty of the first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, on
9g and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and
tdt ment, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in
accordance with the Last Will and Testament of Henry A. Pollak, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
P�b thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue Station, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and Stat4 of New York, being more particularly bounded and
described on Schedule "A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
1 ) THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED to correct the conveyance of the property into the name of
Harvey B. Pollak and Phyllis Katz, as Successor Trustees of the Trust of the Last Will
and Testament of Henry A. Pollak established under Article V of said Will rather than
into Rose Pollak as Trustee of the Trust U/W/O Henry A. Pollak, established in
accordance with Article III of the Last Will and Testament of Henry A. Pollak which
O Deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber. 11145 of Conveyances at
Page 431. -
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in
and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines
thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and also all the estate which the said
decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate
therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,
whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the distributees or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done
or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed
the day and year first above written.

PARCEL I:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffollk and State of New York being bounded on the Southby Long Island Rail road;
on the North by land of Kezlawski, and on the East by land of the Long Island Railroad.
Together with a right of way to and from said premises along the property immediately North of he Land
of the Long Island Railroad Company which adjoins the property hereby conveyed on the East.
PARCEL II:
BEGINNING at a point in the southwesterly line of Cutchogue Depot Lane, forty-nine feet and five-tenths
of a foot wide, and at right angles from a point in the line established as the monumented center line of
railroad of The Long Island Railroad Company; said beginning point being also at the distance of thirty feet
northwestwardly along the southwesterly line of Cutchogue Depot Lane from the point of Intersection with
said monumented center line of railroad;
EXTENDING from said beginning point the following four courses and distances:
1. southwestwardly by land of the Long Island Railroad Company on a line parallel with and distant thirty
feet measured northwestwardly and at right angles from said monumented center line of railroad and
making an interior angles of 80 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds with the fourth or closing course
hereiny two hundred one feet an ninety-three one-hundredths of a foot to a point at a point at a corner
of land of other owners; the following two courses and distances being along lines of land of other
owners;
2. northwestwardly, and making an interior angle of 99 degrees 24 minutes with said last described
course, seventy feet and ninety-five one-hundredths of a foot to a point;
3. northwestwardly, and making an interior angle of 80 degrees 36 minutes with said last described
course, two hundred two feet and thirty-eight one-hundredths of a foot to a point in said
southeastwardly line of Cutchogue Depot Lane; and thence
4. southeastward ly, along said southwesterly line of Cutchogue Depot Lane and making an interior angle
of 99 degrees 2 minutes 30 seconds with said last described course, seventy feet and eighty-eight
one-hundredths of a foot to the place of BEGINNING.
