Attachments: Staff Report Project name:SCTM#: 85-3-11.4 & 11.3 Raphael Vineyards 2009 Location:39390 Main Road, Peconic Description:This amended site plan is for the construction of a 6,244 sq. ft. second winery building on a previously developed and approved 50.4-acre parcel in the Agricultural Conservation Zoning District. SCTM#: 45-4-4.1 Location: 74495 NYS Route 25 Description: This site plan is for the proposed construction of one building of 8,960 sq. ft. with the first floor containing, rental space, contractor’s business office, garage storage and an apartment on the second floor on a 1.036 acre parcel in the B Zone located at 74495 NYS Route 25, approximately 734' w/o Moores Lane on the n/s/o NYS Route 25, in Greenport. SCTM# 1000-45-4-4.1 Status: New Site Plan Action: Review site plan and recommend for the Board consider accepting the plan for review with revisions. Attachments: Staff Report Project name: McCall Farm Winery SCTM#: 1000-109-1-40 Location: 22600 Main Road, Cutchogue Description: This site plan is proposing to alter an existing barn totaling 2480 sq. ft. into a winery within a development rights intact area of an 87.03 acre parcel of development rights sold land. The proposed winery will have a lot coverage of 0.065% in the AC Zoning District. Status: Open Action: Review submission of lighting plan and revised site plan. Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 34,896 sq. ft. parcel into two lots where Lot 1 equals 17,438 sq. ft. and Lot 2 equals 17,438 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District. Status: Conditional Sketch Approval Action: Review TDR question. Attachments: Project name: Southview Preserve SCTM#: 1000-87-5-21.4,7, 8, 9 &10 Location: The property is located on the south side of Main Bayview Road, approximately 900' east of Cedar Drive, in Southold. Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 14.54-acre parcel into three lots where Lot 1 equals 44,735 s.f., Lot 2 equals 37,343 s.f. and Lot 3 equals 42,470 s.f., with the remaining 11.53 acres of the property to be preserved as open space.
