Van Tuyl & Son, licensed surveyors, in Greenport, New York,” owned by and developed by Peter Blank and Son, East Williston, Long Island, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 18, 1953, as Map No. 2038 SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions dated July 1, 1953, and recorded on July 6, 1953, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3541 of conveyances at page 561. THIS CONVEYANCE is made to extinguish the life estate reserved by the party of the first part. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to saidpremises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
