WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100ths ($10.00) DOLLARS, lawful
money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, a six and one-half
(6.5%) percent interest in the following premises:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Oakwood Drive distant 110 feet westerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Oakwood Drive and the westerly side of North Bayview
Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the southerly side of Oakwood Drive South 83
degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West 105 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East 250 feet more or less the ordinary
highwater mark of Goose Creek;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the said high~vater mark 105 feet more or less to point which is distance
230 feet more or less as measured on a course South 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East from the point
of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West 230 feet more or less to the southerly
side of Oakwood Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
This Correction Deed is intended to correct errors in the percentages of ownership conveyed in both the deed
made by Joseph J. Aronica to the Providence Sacino, Trustee, or her Successors in Trust dated December 10,
1999 and recorded on February 14, 2000 in Liberl2020 page 57'4 as to a 6% interest and the deed made by
Michele L. Aronica to the Providence Sacino, Trustee or her successors in trust dated December 10, 1999 and
recorded on February 14, 2000 in Liber 12020 page 575 as to a 6.5% interest. *
