THIS INDENTURE, made the '291rx- day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-nine
BETWEEN
FRANK R. KRUSZESKI, residing at 429 Sixth Street, Greenport, New York 11944
party of the first part, and
NICK GRAMS, residing at 1680 Bell Boulevard, Bayside, New York 11360
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East Marion,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bay Avenue where the same is intersected by
the southerly side of land of Bresloff, said point being 775.00 feet more or less south of Main
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along Bay Avenue, South 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds East,
168.33 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Dahncke, South 58 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds
West, 150.14 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Long, North 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds
West, 165.06 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Bresloff, North 57 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds
East, 150.02 feet to the west side of Bay Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Rita F. Schmidt dated August 8, 1984, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 15, 1984, in Liber 9621 cp 355.
