SETTING OF THE NEXT PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Chairman Orlowski: Good evening. The first order of business is for the Board to set
Monday, January 24, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall as the time and
place for the next regular Planning Board Meeting.
Mr. Cremers: So moved.
Mr. Edwards: Second.
Chairman Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. All those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Cremers, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Latham, Mr. Ward

Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings
Chairman Orlowski: Budd's Pond Realty & William H. Lieblein (Port of E(~vDt) - This
proposed site plan is for a 10,000 square foot boat storage building on a 35,000 square
foot lot located on Route 25 in Southold. SCTM#1000-56-4-11 & 13.2
Are there any comments on this? Hearing none -
Mr. Ward: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED to hold the hearing open pending receipt of a curb cut permit from
the New York State Department of Transportation. The next Planning Board Meeting is
scheduled for January 24, 2000 at 7:30 p.m.

Chairman Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. Any questions on the motion? All

Chairman Orlowski: Summit Estates~ Section 4 - Section 4 of this major subdivision is
for one 4.3739 acre lot (Lot #33). The property is located off Shipyard Land in East
Marion. SCTM#1000-38-7-p/o 10 (a.k.a. SCTM#1000-35-8-5.3)
Does anybody have any comments on this? (There was no one present asking to
comment.)
Mr. Latham: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer this:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Board hold the final hearing for Summit Estates,
Section 4 open until such time that Conditions Number 3, 4 and 5 of the approval in
regard to the public hearing in accordance with Condition Number 11 of the Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Planning Board.

acres located on the north side of Middle Road (County Route 48), approximately 500
feet west of McCann Lane, in Greenport. SCTM#1000-33-3-19

Mr. Edwards: We're waiting for things on that, aren't we - the curb cut?

MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES AND SET

Setting of Final Hearings:
Chairman Orlowski: Sophie Kaloski - This minor subdivision is for 2 lots on 38.045
acres. Lot #1 is 3.856 acres in area with Development Rights intact. Lot #2 is 34.189
acres in area. The Town has purchased Development Rights on the entire 34.189
acres. The subdivision is located on the west side of AIvah's Lane in Cutchogue.

Mr. Cremers: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State
Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this unlisted action.
The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as lead agency, makes a
determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration.

Chairman Orlowski: John Koroleski - This proposal is to set off a 1.988 acre pamel
from an existing 69.964 acre parcel. The Town of Southold has purchased the
Development Rights on 63.976 acres of the 69.964 acre parcel. The property is located
on the north side of Sound Avenue in Mattituck. SCTM#1000-112-1-9.1 and 120-2-4
and 120-6-1.
Mr. Edwards: Mr. Chairman -
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a retro-active sixth
month extension of sketch approval from October 5, 1999 to April 5, 2000. Sketch
approval was granted on April 5, 1999.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize the Chairman to
endorse the final surveys dated December 6, 1999. Conditional final approval was
granted on October 18, 1999. All conditions have been fulfilled.
