at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the southwesterly
line of land now or formerly of Rackett; running thence along said land now or
formerly of Rackett North 67 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East 168.90 feet to a
monument and land now or formerly of Cherepowicz; thence along said last
mentioned land South 23 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East 85 feet to land now
or formerly of F. Bohlke; thence along the said last mentioned land South 69
degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West 169.58 feet to the easterly side of Shipyard
Lane; thence along the easterly side of Shipyard Lane North 23 degrees 30 minutes
50 seconds West 78 feet to the monument, the point or place of beginning.
Said premises being known as and by Street No. 1975 Shipyard Lane, East Marion,
New York.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed from John J. McDonald and Robert W. McDonald as Executors of the
