on April 27, 1998 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of King Street, said point being situate
420.16 feet west of the intersection of the southerly side of King Street with the
westerly side of Majors Pond Path;
RUNNING THENCE from said point'of beginning, South 07 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds
East, 151.78 feet;

RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of King Street, North 84 degrees 48 minutes
