the westerly part of the northerly 200 feet of the "Clara Barclay" plot as shown on the map of
Nassau Pmnt No. 156, being more partmularly bounded and deser3bed as f611ows:
BEGINNING at a point on high water mark of Cutchogue Harbor and the southerly side
of a certain 10 foot strip of land adjacent to lot 281 as shown on "Amended Map of Nassau Point,
owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc." filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office at
Riverhead, New York;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of said 10 foot strip, North 79 degrees 58
minutes 20 seconds East 218.51 feet to the southerly revised line ofNorthC, est Loop;
