ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows: ~
BEGINNING at a point on the.northerly line of Main Road, said point being
where the easterly boundary of other lands now or formerly of Bennett Brokaw
part and the westerly boundary of lands now or formerly of Sledjeski intersects
the northerly line of Main Road, and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 23 degrees 00 minutes East 220.13 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 03 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds West 595.83 feet
