CYRIL KNIGHT LUKEMAN, MARY P. LUKEMAN and CYRIL KNIGHT LUKEMAN, JR.,
residing at 500 Village Lane, Orient, New York party of the second part,

Cyril Knight Lukeman and Mary P. Lukeman life estate~,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first pan, in consideration of ten dolla~ and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second pan, does hereby grant and ~lease unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successo~ and
assigns of the party of the second pan lbrevcr,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being inthe Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land now or formerly
of Gilbert T. Terry, Easterly by the Highway or Main Road; Southerly by
lands now or formerly of the Estate of William T. Potter, deceased, and
westerly by land formerly of Samuel H. Tuthill and now owned by one Tabor.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Cyril Knight Lukeman
by Deed dated June 15, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on July 25, 1967 in Liber 6190 of deeds at page 414 and to
Cyril Knight Lukeman by Deed dated December 12, 1964 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 17, 1965 in Liber 5763 of deed at
page 398.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second parl forever.

the same firs( to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture st> requires.
