party of the first part, and
MARK R. JARRELL and DARLENE e. JARRELL, husband and wife, both
residing at 107 loth Street, Garden City, N.Y. 11530,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the party ofthe second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns ofthe party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York known and designated as part of Lot 18 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Orient By the
Sea Section 1", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 21,
1957, as Map No. 2777, and being more particularly bounded and described according to said
map on attached Schedule "A".
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises described in deed to the party of the first
part dated, 5/22/85, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 6/17/85, in Liber
9812, at Page 245.
SAID PREMISES ARE KNOWN AS: 1525 Sound View Road, Orient, New York
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, and to land
below mean/ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights ofthe party ofthe first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. .-
AND the party ofthe first part covenants that the party ofthe first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying
the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense ofthis indenture
so reqUIres.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York known and designated as part of Lot 18 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Orient By The Sea Section 1", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 21,
1957, as Map No. 2777, and being more particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Road where the same is intersected by the division
line of said Lot 18 and property designated on said map as "Beach Reserved for Property Owners", and from
said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Sound View Road, north 85 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds
west, 100.00 feet;
THENCE north 01 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds east, 249.80 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long
Island Sound; ".
THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound along a tie line course bearing, south 71
degrees 51 minutes 58 seconds east, 104.48 feet to the division line first above mentioned;
THENCE along said division line, south 01 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds west, 224.32 feet to the northerly
side of Sound View Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
