WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Village Lane where the northerly
line of land of the Methodist Episcopal Church intersects same and which said point
of beginning is 182 feet more or less north of Orchard Street and from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Village Lane North 27 degrees 12
minutes East 116.08 feet to land of Lionetti;
THENCE along land of Lionetti and then land of Gilloly South 69 degrees
09 minutes 40 seconds East 296.13 feet;
THENCE still along land of Gilloly South 15 feet 40 minutes 20 seconds West
~100.87 feet to land of H. King;
THENCE along land of King, North 76 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West 119.0
feet to land of the Methodist Episcopal Church;
THENCE along said church land North 69 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds West
200.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein
by Deed dated 1/1/89 recorded 10/13/89 in Liber 10947 page 532.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets end
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein grented unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors end assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part coveenents that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in eny way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in complience with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement end will apply the same
rust to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
