BEING & INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated October 3 I, 1991, recorded December 4, 1991, in Liber 11380, page 283. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
