THIS INDENTURE, made the 2fi' day of 5~-~'£tn6eP,, , in the year 2000,
BETWEEN DOROTHY S. CRAWFORD, residing at 2545 Himalaya Court, Colorado Springs,
Colorado 80919, party of the first part, and DOROTHY 14. CRAWFOP,_D, TRUSTEE OF THE
IDOROTHY K CRAWFORD REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 4,
1997, residing at 2545 Himalaya Court, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80919, party of the second
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
AND 00/I 00 ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL the interest of Dorothy S. Crawford in that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being at Sunset Shores, East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the northerly line of Aquaview Avenue 135 feet easterly from
the first deflection point in said easterly line from Rocky Point Road;
RUNN1NG THENCE along the easterly line of a certian right of way, North 04 degrees
I0 minutes 10 seconds West, 280 feet, more or less, to Long Island Sound;
THENCE easterly along said Long Island Sound, 60 feet more or less;
THENCE along land of Meyer, South 01 degree 10 minutes 10 seconds East, 300 feet,
more or less, to a stake on said northerly line of Aquaview Avenue;
THENCE along said northerly line of Aquaview Avenue, North 83 degrees 10 minutes 10
seconds West, 45 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in
and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first party in
and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
co:st of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day
and year first above written.

signature on the instrument, the individual, or the person upon behalf of which the individual
acted, executed the instrument, and that such individual made such appearance before the
undersigned in the City of Colorado Springs, Co_unty of El Paso, State of Colorado.
