THIS INDENTURE, made the 29th day of June, Two Thousand

THOMAS GLEASON, residing at 296 Chester Arthur Road, Quechee, Vermont 05059,
party of the first part, and
MARILYN C. UHL-UTZ, residing at Plum Island Lane, Orient, New York 11957,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known as designated as Plot
No. 156 on a certain map entitled, Map of Orient-By-The-Sea, Section Three, situate at
Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by Woodhollow
Properties, Inc., #3 Glen Lane, G1enwood Landing, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son,
Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on October 16, 1974, as Map No. 6160.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Francis R. King and Loretta M.. King, dated April 25, 2000, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 16, 2000, in Liber 12042, Page 847.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
