ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.2 on a Subdivision Map entitled "Subdivision Map of
Grand View Estates at Orient, New York", and filed in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County on June 8, 1982
as Map No. 7083, which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
8EGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Grand View Drive where the division line is between lots 2 and.
3, said point aiso being distant 1449.2.3 feet in a general northerly direction as measured along the easterly
and nOI1:heasterly sides of Grand View Drive from the iine of Lot 1 on a subdivision map entitled "Pettys
8ight", Map No. 5859 and from said point of beginning;
