Southold, Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from surveys completed January 28, 1963
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19, 1963 as Map No. 3848 which lot is bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Glenn Road (Grissom Lane) and
the westerly side of Sleepy Hollow Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Glenn Road the following 2 courses and distances:
north 80 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds west 152.72 feet;
south 87 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds west 84.18 feet to the division line between Lot 27
and 28;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line north 01 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds east 157.03 feet to the
division line between Lot 8 and Lot 27;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line south 71 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds east 178.10 feet to the
westerly side of Sleepy Hollow Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Sleepy Hollow Lane south 26 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds
east 136.71 feet to the northerly side of Glenn Road and the point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being also known as and by 2575 Glenn Road, Southold, New York, and known on the Land
and Tax Map of Suffolk County as District 1000, Section 078.00, Block 01.00, Lot 033.000.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a Deed to the party of the first part dated
7/14/2006 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 7/26/2006 in Liber 12461 at Page
114 of Deeds.
THE PREMISES described herein are not located in an agricultural district, and same are wholly owned by the
Transferor herein.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
~remises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
