dated 4/6/1972 and revised June 28, 1972 and owned and developed by Irving and George
Newman, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 5859.
Subject to Gas and Electric agreement L.7510 c.p. 217.
Subject to and together with Covenants Restrictions and Easements set forth in Liber 7333 c.p. 484
Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
The above described property is also known as 1150 Bight Road, Orient Point, New York and is
also known as Tax, Block & Lot #14-2-21.
BEING and intended to be the same premises described in Liber
7627 Page 266 as conveyed to the grantor herein.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the part7 of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the l~rty of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first~,to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sa.me for
any other purpose.
The word "ixarty'' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

entitled, "Map of Petty's Bight at Orient, made by Van Tuyl & Son L. L. S., Greenport, New York dated 4/6/72
and revised ]une 28, 1972 and owned and developed by Ir~ing and George Newman", and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on ]anuary 26, 1973 as Map No. 5859, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Bight Road where same is intersected by the division line
between Lots 8 and 9 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Bight Road, North 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds West,
140.00 feet to the division line between Lots 7 and 8 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE alon9 said division line, North 87 degrees 3:1 minutes 10 seconds East, 297.04 feet to land
now or formerly of Mallis;
RUNNING THENCE along said lands, South 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, 140.00 feet to the division
line between Lots 8 and 9 first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, South 87 degrees 3:1 minutes 10 seconds West, 297.04 feet to the
easterly side of Bight Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
