WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the
SEE SCHEDULE "A" ANNEXED HERETO
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
pnemises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense o~' this indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL THAT CERTA1N plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Street (Village Lane) where the same is intersected by
the southerly side of the hereinafter described parcel and the northerly side of land now or formerly of
Dudley Edwin Thomas, Jr. and Susa Thomas, said point being also distant 374 feet northerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of State Street with the westerly side of Main Street,
as measured along thc westerly side of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the aforesaid northerly side of land now or formerly of Thomas north 63
degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds west 125.56 feet to the easterly side of land now or formerly of Bogden;
THENCE along said land and land now or formerly of Durell H. Godfrey north 26 degrees 29 minutes 50
seconds east 77.05 feet to the southerly side of land now or formerly of Michael J. Braziller and Kare
Braziller;
THENCE along said land south 63 degrees 0I minutes 10 seconds East 125.21 feet to the westerly side of
Main Street; and
THENCE along the westerly side of Main Street (Village Lane) south 26 degrees I8 minutes 50 seconds
west 76.30 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
June 30, 1989 and recorded in the ()ffice of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 7, 1989 Liber 10891
page 213.
