THE EDNA DOLL FAMILY TRUST, residing at 8 Crooked Creek Lane, Milford, Ohio 45150 and
12 George Washington Road, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530, respectively, party of the first part, and
residing at 520 Canal Street - Apt. 2W, New York, New York 10013, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100--($10.)--Dollars, and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the secohd part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
All that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a 50 foot private road known as No'rth'View Drive distant
221.89 feet westerly along said private road, from the intersection formed by the'said 'no'rtherly §id~ of
North View Drive with the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Haas;
RUNNING THENCE the following two (2) courses and distances along North View Drive: 1) South 67 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West 64.65 feet;
2) South 79 degrees 42 minutes West 56.77 feet to land now or formerly of Hamburger;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 29 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West 425.00 feet, more or
less, to the high water mark of the Long Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE along said high water mark of the Long Island Sound, 255.00 feet. more or less, to
land now or formerly of Krumbiegel;
RUNNING THENCE along said land the following three (3) courses and distances: 1) South 23 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East, 150.00 feet;
2) South 9 degrees 6 minutes West 104.08 feet;
3) South 16 degrees 21 minutes East 131.67 feet to the northerly side of North View Drive at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed in Liber 12199
page 790, the grantor herein being the same grantee in deed in Liber 12199 page 790.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
