RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Grandview Drive the follow-
ing two courses and distances;
1) Along an arc of curve bearing to the left whose radius is 342.51
feet a distance of 147.42 feet;
2) North 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds West, 17.11 feet;
THENCS along Lot 28 on the map mentioned above, North 82 degrees
10 minutes 40 seconds East, 266.67 feet;
THENCE along Lot 12 and Lot 13 on the map of Petty's Bight, Map No.
5859, South 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, 236.40 Feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Henry S1edjeski, North 73 degrees
56 minutes 40 seconds West, 171.55 feet;
