2006-A under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2006,

appointed in an action between IndyMac Bank F.S.B., plaintiff, and Nancy
J. Lewis, Harry Lewis, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as
nominee for The New York Mortgage Company, LLC Kelly Lewis, Jason Daly,
defendants, foreclosing a mortgage(s) recorded in the SUFFOLK County
