southerly of the extreme southerly end of an arc of curve connecting the westerly
side of Grand View Drive with the southerly side of Grand View Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Grand View Drive along an arc of a
curve bearing to the left whose radius is 571.61 feet a distance of 150.43 feet;
THENCE along Lot 24 on said map menti6ned above, South 82 degrees 10 minutes
40 seconds West 220.00 feet.
I'HENCE along Lot 22 on said map, North 02 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East
2:54.00 feet;
THENCE along a Recharge Basin South 70 degrees 21 minutes O0 seconds East 219.57
feet to the westerl> side of Grand View Drive and the point or ~lace of [:EGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Deed dated February 22, 1989 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on March 3, 1~89 in Liber 10810 at Page 329.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
reads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the part~ of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants' that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anythin a whereb',

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideratton
