WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, the Referee appointed fn an action between Bridgehampton
National Bank, Plaintiff, and Janet Yaron d/b/a Oysterponds Manor, Defendants, foreclosing a
mortgage recorded on December 12, 1986 in the County of Suffolk, in Liber/Reel 12292 of
mortgages, at Page 147, in pursuance of a Judgment entered at a Special Term of the Supreme Court
of the State of New York, County of Suffolk on January 16, 2001; and in consideration of TICIREE
ttUNDRED NINETY SIX TIcIOUSAND AND 00/100 ($396~000.00) DOLLARS paid by the
Grantee, being the highest sum bid at the same under said Judgment, does hereby grant and convey
unto the Grantee:

The within described Real Property is not encumbered by a Credit-Line Mortgage.

and assigns forever.
