Luscher, Jr. and Rosemary E. Luscher; RUNNING THENCE South 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds East along said land, 147.95 feet to the bulkhead along Gardiners Bay; RUNNING THENCE South 50 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West along said bulkhead, 28.32 feet to land now or formerly of Kenneth J. Maher and Elizabeth M. Maher; RUNNING THENCE North 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West along said land, 157.31 feet to the southerly side of Rabbit Lane and the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from JAMES A.
