WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being iht he Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and

Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk August 15, 1983 as Map # 7218, being bound and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Hill crest Drive where the same is intersected by
the division line between Lots 9 and 10 on the aforesaid map, said point or place of beginning being
also distant 275.50 feet Northwesterly as measured along the Southwesterly side of Hill crest Drive
from the Northwesterly end of a curve having a radius of 25.00 feet a length of 39.27 feet which said
curve connects the Southwesterly side of Hill crest Drive with the Northwesterly side of Sound View
Drive;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along said division line, South 47 degrees 22
minutes 10 seconds West 267.00 feet to the Northeasterly side of Browns hill road;
THENCE along the Northeasterly side of Browns Hill Road, North 42 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds
west 150.00 feet to the division line between Lots 10 and 11;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, North 47 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East 284.74
feet to the Southwesterly side of Hill Crest Drive;
THENCE a~the Southwesterly side of Hill Crest Drive, the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. Southeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 350.00 feet a distance
of 111.90 feet;
2. south 42 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East 40.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors by deed made by Harold
Reese, Jr. , Ronald Reese, and Christine Reese dated June 14, 1988 and recorded July 13, 1988 in
Liber 10643 cp 594.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
