Cpunty, New York surveyed November 25, 1952 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son,
licensed surveyors in Greenport, New York, owned and developed by
Peter Blank & Son, East Williston, N.Y. and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on March 18, 1953, as Map #2038, which
said lot is more particularly bounded and described according to said
map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Gillette Drive, at a point
where the southerly line of lot 61 and the northerly line of lot 62, as
shown on said map, intersect the said easterly side of Gillette Drive:
RUNNING THENCE north 64 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds east, 125.05 feet
to land of Corrigan, formerly of Wayland Brown;
THENCE along said land, south 26 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds east
94.96 feet to a point:
THENCE south 26 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds east 5.47 feet:
THENCE south 64 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds west 125.59 feet to the
easterly side of Gillette Drive;
THENCE along the easterly side of Gillette Drive north 25 degrees 08
minutes 60 seconds west 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Premises known as 575 Gillette Drive, East Marion, NY
Grantors being the same as grantees in Liber 10377 page 79.
A LIFE ESTATE FOR GIANOULA CHILAKIS, PARTY OF THE FIRST PART FOR
USE AND OCCUPANCY DURING HER LIFETIME.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any strems and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
AND the part~ of the ,first part covenants that th~ party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered In any way -whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party, of the, first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part \\'111 receive the conSIderation for thiS conveyance and will hold the nght to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
