Building Permit no. 8279Z issued on November 5, 1975 for same is enclosed, along with a copy of the paid receipt for the application fee. Our check for the application fee for the C.O. in the amount of $25.00 is also enclosed. 2. Original C.O. no. Z4091 issued on December 21, 1970. You should find once you examine the application for building permit and plans submitted in connection with this C.O., the C.O. covers the detached garage and renovations to the dwelling. Kindly amend the original C.O. by adding same. (The C.O. for the original dwelling was issued on July 28, 1959 no. Z355, copy enclosed). If you have any questions, please give me a call.
