WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New'York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Vincent Street distant 224.61 feet northerly, when measured along the
easterly side of Vincent Street, from a point where the southerly side of Willow Street intersects the said easterly side of
Vincent Street; said point of beginning being also where the southerly line of the hereinafter described premises and the
northerly line of land formerly of C.S. Vail and now or formeriy of L. Vail intersects said easterly side of Vincent Street;
and
RUNNING THENCE North 07 degrees 22 feet 00 inches East along the easterly side of Vincent Street, 88.45 feet to land
now or formerly of Oyster Ponds Historical Society;
THENCE South 83 degrees 03 feet 00 inches East, along last mentioned land, 109.88 feet to land now or formerly of
Bondarchuk;
THENCE South 03 degrees 05 feet 30 inches West along last mentioned land, 89.51 feet to land formerly C.S. Vail; and
THENCE North 82 degrees 37 feet 40 inches West along last mentioned land, 116.36 feet to the easterly side of Vincent
Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to ELIZABETH M. WELCH from ELIZABETH M. WELCH and
MARCELO GUIDOLI, by deed dated October 18, 2006 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk office in Liber 12486 in
Deeds, at Page 358 on January 8, 2007.
THE PREMISES HEREIN are identified on the Suffolk County Real Property Tax Map as District 1000, Section 025.00,
Block 03.00, Lot 014.000 and is known as 230 Vincent Street, Orient, New York. This reference is for identification only
and is not intended to alter or modify the description set forth above.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants thflt the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-sideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
