Dear Mr. Bunchuck:

monitoring of the methane gas and groundwater monitoring wells at the
Cutchogue Landfill expires at the end of 2009. We petitioned NYSDEC on October

herein our proposal for professional services to be oerformed at the landfill in
conjunction with the following tasks:
Task 1:
Task 2:
Task 3:

Data validation of laboratory test results
(1st quarter- $1,500)

($1,744/quarter)
We propose to conduct the quarterly monitoring for the first quarter ($9,286) for
baseline parameters and for the second quarter ($6,164) for routine parameters
(minus the data validation) for a total cost of $15,450 for 2010.
