A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the
Southold Town Hall Annex (Capital One Building), Second Floor, Executive Board Conference Room, 54375
Main Road, Southold, New York,
Present were:
Gerard P, Goehdnger, Chairman/Member
Leslie Kanes Weisman, Member
Ken Schneider, Member
Vicki Toth, ZBA Confidential Secretary
Absent were: George Horning and Michael A. Simon, Members
6:00 P.M. Chairman Gerard P. Goehdnger called the meeting to order and commenced deliberations on the
following applications.
DELIBERATIONS/DETERMINATION: The Board deliberated and decided the following application, with
Barbara Shinn, David Page present as applicants. The odginal determination was filed with the Southold
Town Clerk for official filing and permanent record keeping for:
DENIED & GRANTED ALTERNATIVE RELIEF WITH CONDITIONS
ZBA#6308 - SHINN VINEYARDS, LLC and BARBARA SHINN
WORK SESSION: ROBERT & BARBARA LEWIS #6317. The Board discussed the letter dated 12/22/09
received 12/22/09 from Deborah Dob/, attomey for the applicants, with survey attached, The Board agreed to
accept the survey, and took the following action:
Board Resolution: Motion was moved by Chairman Goehdnger, seconded by Member Weisman, to amend
CTM and send a letter to the applicant's agent accepting the recently submitted new survey dated Nov. 16,
2009 by Nathan Co.in Taft, III, LS. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. (Members Simon and Homing were
absent.) This Resolution was duly adopted (3-0).

There being no other business property coming before the Board at this time, Chairman Goehringer
declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
