WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto thc party of thc second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:

Said Premises being more commonly known as 425 Liberty Lane, Southold, New York
Being the same premises as those conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 4/I 2/2006 and
recorded 5/18/2006 in Liber 12450 pg. 791.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all thc estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said promises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Li6n Law, covenants that the party o f the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece o~ parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of a 50 foot private road known as "Liberty
Lane", 348.66 feet easterly along said northerly line from a private road known as "Victoria Drive",
said point of beginning being the s6utheasterly corner of land of Thorton from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Thornton North 25 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East,
a distance of 100.78 feet to a monument and land formerly of Shipuski, now of Weinstein;
THENCE along said land formerly of Shipulski, now of Weinstein, South 57 degrees 34 minutes
10 seconds East a distance of 162.41 feet to land of Conrardy;
THENCE along said land of Conrardy and formerly of Edward Niddis, South 32 degrees 25 minutes
50 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet to said northerly line of"Liberty Lane";
THENCE along said northerly line North 57 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West,-a distance of
150.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY: Together with all right, title and interest of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises, to the center line thereof.
