TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any of the party of the first part in and to any streets and road
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof: TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns forever. And the party of the
first part covenants that he has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in
any way whatever.
AND the party of the first pan/grantor, in compliance with Section 13 &the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part/grantor will receive the consideration for th!s conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total &the same
for any other purpose. The word "party" or "grantor" shall be construed as if it read "parties" or "grantors"

New York, bounded and descr/bed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of West Lane, distant 195.00 feet northwesterly as measured along the
northeasterly side of West Lane from the extreme westerly end of an arc of a curve connecting the northeasterly side of
West Lane and the northwesterly side of South Lane;
THENCE North 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West along the northeasterly side of West' Lane, 100.00 feet to land
now or formerly of Mangels and O'Grady;
THENCE North 58 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds East, along last mentioned land, 130.00 feet to land now or formerly of
Jones;
THENCE South 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East along last mentioned land and land now or formerly of Miggins,
