MARION ELIZABETH STACHTIARIS, as surviving tenant by the entirety, residing at 159 New
Hyde Park Road, Garden City, New York 11530
party of the first part, and
PARIS CHRISTOPHER STACHTIARIS, residing at 159 New Hyde Park Road, Garden City,
New York 11530, as to Eleven Percent (11%) interest
And
MARION ELIZABETH STACHTIARIS, residing at 159 New Hyde Park Road, Garden City,
New York 11530, as to Sixteen percent (16%) interest
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00),
lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second pan, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Lot No. 86, 87 and 88 as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Map of subdivision property known as Summer Haven belonging to
William G. Herx, near Southold, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed December 4, 1931 by L.
Wendell Squire, E.E.", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July 5, 1933 as
Map No. 1133.
With this conveyance-and conveyances in Liber 12226, Page 620, Liber 11241, Page 011 and
Liber 12308, Page 35, Liber 12483, Page 121 and Liber 12437, Page254, Liber 12576, Page 419,
Paris Christopher Stachtiaris now has a total of 84% interest in the premises and Marion
Elizabeth Staehtiaris has 16% interest
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the pan3, of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and
year first above written.
