consideration of the disc)but)on of the estate and other valuable consideration paid by the p~ of the second pan,

ALL that certain plot,.piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying

The party of the first part grants and reserves a life estate for the benefit of Marjorie Brown and the party of the
second part takes subject to said life estate for the benefit of Marjorie Brown and all parties release to the party of
the second part, Marjorie Brown, the right to her exclusive use and occupancy of the subject premises during her
lifetime.
This deed is a correction deed to the Executor's Deed dated October 16, 2001, and recorded October 29, 2002,
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County at Deed Liber 12217, page 252, to reflect the dispositive
provisions provided in the Last Will and Testament and Codicils of Kenneth G. Brown.
SAID PREMISES being known as and by the street number 3530 Westphalia Road, Matt)tuck, New York,
and designated on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Suffolk as District 1000, Section 114.00, Block 01.00,
Lot 009.000.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed dated November 18,
1957, and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on November 27, 1957, at Deed Book Liber 4398 Page
129 and Deed dated February 8, 1965, and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on March 24, 1965, at
Deed Book Liber 5718, Page 359.
SUBJECT TO all obligations, reservations, easements, restrictions, agreements, and covenants of record, if any.
SUBJ ECT TO any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described promises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate which the said decedent had at the time of the decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate
therein, which the party of the flint part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue
of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
