Jr., Esq. of 224 Griffing Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901 the undersigned Referee in the foreclosure action
hereinafter mentioned, being party of the first part, and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF1, Mortgage Pass Through C.er[ificates, Series 2006-FF1,
whose address is 150 Allegheny Center Mall, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, being party of-the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, being the Referee appointed in an action entitled
Deutsche Bank Na!ional Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FFI,
Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF1, Plaintiff, vs. Halton Jefferson et al; Defendants, in the
Supreme Court for the State of New York, Suffolk County, Index Number 07/13757 foreclosing a mortgage
that was executed, acknowledged and delivered by Halton Jefferson to Nationpoint, a Division of National
City Bank of Indiana, in the amount of $546,950.00, dated October 13, 2005, and recorded in the County
Clerk's Office, on October 28, 2005, in Book 21161, Page 430. Said mortgage was assigned by Nationpoint,
a Division of National City Bank of Indiana, to First Franklin Financial Corp., by assignment dated March
10, 2006 and recorded in the County Clerk's Office, in Book 21270, Page 205. Said mortgage was assigned
by First Franklin Financial Corp. to Deutsche, by assignment and recorded in the County Clerk's Office in
Book 21538, Page 937, and pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale granted by the Supreme Court
for the State of New York, Suffolk County and entered in the Suffolk County's Clerk Office on February 9,
2009 and in consideration of the sum of

unto the parry of the second part, its successors and assigns, the premises described in "Schedule A" attached
hereto and mede a part hereof.
Subject to all unpaid taxes, assessments and water rotes, which are now liens on the premises. Premises are
not subject to a Credit Line Mortgage.
To have and to hold the premises described in Schedule A and hereby conveyed unto the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever. The word "party" shall be consa'ued as if read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires. ~

Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 3 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Sea-Airu Estates" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
February 5, 1979 as Map No. 6780, bounded and described as follows:
