WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration often dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the patty of the second party, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, sii~ate, lying and being in the
Indian Neck near Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York being part of Lot 33 on a certain map entitled,
'*Indian Neck Park, George W. Smith, owner scale 1" to 80' made by Franklin F. Overton, N.E. Surveyor, 1912" and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on the 27th day of May, 1913 and numbered S51, and which said part of lot is more particularly bounded and
described with reference to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of a private road 33 feet wide where the said side of the said road is intersected by the
division line between lots 33 and 31 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE South 10 degrees 23 minutes East along the westerly side of said road $0 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 79 degrees 37 minutes West, 195.40 feet to Map of Arrowhead Cove as Map No. 3810;
THENCE along said map North 07 degrees O0 minutes West 80,09 feet to said division line between said lots 33 and 31 as shown on
first above mentioned map;
THENCE along the said division line North 79 degrees 37 minutes East, 192.44 feet to the westerly side of said private road at the point
or place of the BEGINNING
TOGETHER with a right of the way from the easterly side of said premises over the said private road 33 feet wide laid out on said map
to and from the Indian Neck Road or Highway, and to and from Indian Neck Bay.
ALSO the privilege of using the beach of George W. Smith & Rose M. Smith, his wife, adjoining the Little Peconic Bay and lying
between the two rod road laid down on said map on the east and the land of the heirs of Samuel Davids, deceased, on the west and
below a line running parallel to and 80 feet distant from present high water mark on Little Peconic Bay for the purposes of bathing
and boating and keeping boats in the connection with the premises above described and conveyed in common with such persons
and parties to whom the said George W. Smith and Rose M. Smith, his wife, have already and shall and may give and convey the same
privilege by a deed of conveyance of any or all of the other lots set forth upon the map above referred to but not to erect any
buildings or structures thereon.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the patay of the first part, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-
described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of thc first part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lien Law, covenants that the party first part will receive thc
consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose
of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any
part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

County of Suffolk, State of New York being part of Lot No. 33 on a certain map entitled, "Indian
Neck Park, George W. Smith, owner scale 1" to 80' made by Franklin F. Overton, N.E.
Surveyor, 1912" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 27th day of May, 1913 and
numbered 551, and which said part of lot is more particularly bounded and described with
references to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side ora private road 33 feet wide where the said side of
the said road is intersected by the division line between lots 33 and 31 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE South 10 degrees 23 minutes east along the westerly side of said road 50
feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 79 degrees 37 minutes West, 195.40 feet to Map of Arrowhead
