ALL that certain plot, piece or'parcel of land, 'with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the southwesterly corner of the
premises herein described, said point of beginning being distant 850.49 feet
easterly (as measured along the northerly side of a 25 foot right-of-way)
from the intersection of the southerly line of land now or formerly of John
J. Delaney with the easterly side of Boisseau Avenue and from said point of
beginning
RUNNING THENCE North 2 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds East, 140 feet to a
point;
THENCE South 81 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 110 feet
to a point;
THENCE South 2 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 140 feet to
the northerly side of a 25 foot right-of-way;
THENCE along the northerly side of a 25 foot right-of-way North 81 degrees
55 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 110 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
