Since then, there has been a considerable amount of demolition work on the site and I would like to make sure that our concerns are addressed prior to issuance ora permit. There is a considerable portion of the existing lower level above ground which is improved living area. Given the size of the addition and its proximity to wetlands, Health Department approval should be considered. I made prior inquiry regarding a retaining wall on the property, also in close proximity to the pond, and a portion in close proximity to the sideline of the property.
