The Party of the First Part reserves for the benefit of themselves, their
distributes and or legatees, successors and assigns, an easement for a right of
way for ingress and agrees of pleasure vehicles over and on the following des-
cribed premises, from and to Miller Road to Parcel designated No. 4 on Mirror Sub-
division made for James Manos, Mapped July 1, 1981 by Roderick Van Tuyl P.C. and
amended October 5, 1981, April 29, 1982 and August 10, 1982, hereto annexed and
made a part hereof, namely the following described premises :-( being part of the
premises hereinbeing conveyed )
Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Miller Road, distant 341
feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of Miller
Road and the Pasterly side of Wicks Road ( Youngs Right of Way a/k/a Holbrook
Lana ) ; running

The Party of the First Part, their distributees, legatees, successors
and assigns shall further have the right and privilege to come upon the premises
hereinbeing conveyed for the purpose of constructing any road necessary, over the
the said Right of Way hereinabove reserved, to effectuate the said easement for
the right of way and also for the purpose of maintaining and or repairing such
road during its construction and after its completion. The Party of the Second
Part, his distributees, legatees, successors and assigns shall have no right to
the use of said Right of Way for access to and from the premises hereinbeing con-
veyed to Miller Road or otherwise, before and after the construction of such Road.
The right to the use of such Right of Way and such road, when completed shall be
solely for the benefit of the Party of the First Part, their distributees, lega-
tees and at their option to their successors and assigns.
The Party of the Second Part, in behalf of himself, his distriutees, lege-
tees, successors and assigns covenants an agrees, that at no time shall he, his die-
tributees, legates, successors and assigns, build or cause to be built or erected,
amy structure or road whatsoever, upon the premises hereinbeing conveyed, which
shall project or extend within 10 feet of said Right of Way or the Road that may
be constructed thereon and the Party of the Second Part in behalf of himself, his
heirs, distributees, legatees and successors and assigns covenants not to interfere
with the use of such right of way in any form or manner.
The Party of the Second Part, in behalf of himself, his heirs, distri-
butess & legatees, successors and assigns covenants and agrees that at no time shall
they build or cause to be built any structure on, or to remove or cause to be remove_
any of the foliage trees, shrubbery or any other natural growth from, the most
southerly 50 feet of the premises hereinbeing conveyed, immediately adjoining the
property of E. Jahn located immediately to the South of the premises hereinbeing
conveyed,
The Party of the First Fart for themselves, their heirs, distributees,
legatees, successors and assigns reserve a right of way through and over Millers
Right of Way, to and from Mill Road.
